You add a card to start; we charge it once, only if we secure a qualifying offer. No commissions, no dealership kickbacks. Our agents work only for you.
A qualifying offer is a real, concrete lease offer from a dealership for the car and lease you asked us to shop, with enough detail to judge it: the vehicle, the monthly payment, the term, the mileage allowance, and what is due at signing.
A dealership just replying, an advertised special, a rough payment estimate, or “come in and we’ll talk numbers” is not a qualifying offer, and neither is one too incomplete to evaluate.
We charge the $29 fee once, the first time a negotiation produces one. It does not have to beat your target payment, and you are never obliged to accept it. If no dealership makes one, you pay $0.

Competition. You tell us your target, and Benchi negotiates with up to a dozen relevant dealerships in your area at the same time, playing each quote against the others on money factor, fees, add-ons, and drive-off. Doing this yourself means chasing dealership after dealership. Benchi does it for you.
Not every dealership responds, and they don't have to. Benchi contacts multiple relevant dealerships with a specific request from a real shopper actively looking to lease. Dealers that want the business can quote by email, and Alex handles the follow-up and negotiation. Because we contact several dealerships, your negotiation doesn't depend on any one dealer responding.
No. Our agents handle all the back-and-forth by email. You only step in at the end to pick the offer you like best, and then we introduce you to that one dealership to finalize.
Dealership responses can begin arriving within hours, and you can watch them land live on your dashboard. A full negotiation may take up to a week: the final report waits for every dealership to finish, and one that goes quiet gets up to a week before we close it out. How fast it wraps up depends on how quickly dealerships respond.
Nothing up front. You add a card when you start, and Benchi charges a single $29 success fee only if we secure at least one qualifying offer for your negotiation. If we don't, you pay $0. No commissions and no kickbacks from dealerships: our agents work only for you.
Before we start contacting dealerships, yes: you can cancel from the negotiation screen and you owe nothing. Once outreach begins, real dealerships are working on your request, so the negotiation runs to completion. If your circumstances materially change after that, contact Benchi Support and we'll stop it for you.
You'll see every offer and the reasoning behind each ranking. If no offer meets your goal, you're never obligated to accept one, and we'll tell you honestly where the market landed.
